Lettuce FAIL!
This subway in Tokyo has "local" lettuce. As you can see Subway is intensively hydroponically growing 5% of the stores lettuce in this kooky terrarium of marketing. I can't imagine how much electricity, both lighting and cooling, plus fertilizer this magic box consumes. So silly!
